Press release announcing Neo Mnumzana, Chief Representative of the African National Congress of South Africa to the United Nations will participate in a press conference in Portland on March 25, 1985 along with members of the Portland Free South Africa Movement. Mr. Mnumzana was participating in South Africa week in Portland, part of the National Weeks Against Apartheid called for by the American Committee on Africa.
