The Africa Fund analysis of a recent Citibank loan to South Africa appeared in UN testimony. The Fund may reprint some of the speeches at the emergency conference on Namibia. The minutes mention literature sales, public foundation status, William Landis, Paul Irish, Frank Montero, Wesley Hotchkiss, Sophia Y. Jacobs, Robert Boehm, and Raphael Gould.
