Memorandum, to Executive Board of the American Committee on Africa (ACOA). The Executive Board will meet on July 10 to discuss a recommendation about employing new staff. Houser is beginning interviews. Another agenda item is whether ACOA should try to put on a major campaign on sanctions against South Africa, which will be raised again in the 16th General Assembly of the United Nations. Staff arrangements are relevant to taking on such a campaign. The mailing included a pamphlet by the Africa Defense and Aid Fund (ADA).
