A report of the Steering Committee of the American Committee on Africa recommends to the Executive Board recommending that the by-laws be amended in regard to the roles and responsibilities of these officers: Chairman or two or more co-chairmen, President, One or more Vice-Chairmen, Secretary, Treasurer.
