(University of Hawaii) Manoa. The leaflet says the event is being held in conjunction with various departments of U.H. Manoa, Leeward Community College and Honolulu Community College as a part of two weeks of anti-apartheid activities during Hawaii Black History Month 1986. [Note: the correct name is Pan Africanist Congress.]
