The keynote speaker is Tshenuwani Simon Farisani, Dean of the Devhula Circuit of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in South Africa. The event also features THE STETSASONICS, the nation's premier progressive rap group, and other cultural performances. The Opening Plenary Speaker for the symposium is His Excellency Ambassador Oumarou Youssoufou, Executive Secretary, Organization of African Unity.
