A summary and text of a proposed act by the Oregon State Assembly to prohibit investment of state funds in firms required by foreign laws to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, marital status or national origin. It would require divestment of investments in violation of the Act and makes the act effective as of May 1, 1981.
