Mailing inviting people to a Black History Month Celebration of Heritage and Freedom on Saturday February 24th, 1990 at Lynwood United Methodist Church, sponsored by the Southern California Ecumenical Taskforce on South Africa and the South Africa Women's Coalition (Nthuseng). The mailing says several people will be honored for their professional work, artistic contributions, and political leadership contributing to the struggle for freedom and democracy in the U.S. and in South Africa. Dumisani Kumalo, coordinator of the Religious Action Network, American Committee on Africa, based in New York, will be the guest speaker.
