Mailing to members of ACAS asking if they will be a local coordinator for the Namibia Writers Bureau project. ACAS has established several excellent sources for immediate news from Namibia, SWAPO, the United Nations, and the Frontline States. The project aims to facilitate monitoring of local news coverage and editorials and writing of commentary about Namibia.
