Mailing organizing a Rapid Response Network concerning the Namibian peace process. Because the situation is changing so quickly, a method is needed for those instances when there is not enough time to spread the news by our usual means. The mailing thanks those who have responded positively to participating in a Rapid Response Network. Others are invited to consider participating and to volunteer to coordinate regional phone trees.
