Joined statement by the Capital District Coalition Against Apartheid and Racism (CD-CAAR) and the NAACP Albany Branch (NAACP-A) calling for a Day of Community Outrage on June 17 at which people will commit civil disobedience. CD-CAAR and NAACP-A sees the Reagan administration policy of constructive engagement as policy of collaboration with apartheid.
