Fundraising mailing from The Africa Fund reports on the assassination of David Radebe, who was recently gunned down on his doorstep in South Africa's Tokoza township by vigilantes from Chief Gatsha Buthelezi's Inkatha movement. Radebe was shop steward of the National Union of Metalworkers (NUMSA). The mailing discusses "Black on Black violence," massacres, F.W. de Klerk, the African National Congress (ANC), a commuter train from Soweto to Johannesburg, Walter Sisulu, killings, the transition to democracy, the "Stop Apartheid's Violence" Campaign, Moses Mayekiso, the KwaZulu bantustan, right-wing death squads, and the military and police.
