Albrecht April 1988 published by the United Nations Centre Against Apartheid (Notes and Documents, 6/88). Material in the mailing discusses Khuzwayo Jacob Dlamini, the United Nations Security Council, Mojalefa Sefatsa, Reig Mokoena, Oupa Diniso, Duma Kumalo, Francis Mokgesi, Theresa Ramashamola, "common purpose" crimes, President Reagan, Prime Minister Thatcher, Pope John Paul II, crimes against humanity, the Nuremberg principles, the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid, and the death penalty.
