The mailing consists of a resolution that rejects the decision of the International Olympic Committee because facts were misrepresented by the members of Interim National Olympic Committee of South Africa (INOCSA) who claim to speak on behalf of all sportspersons in South Africa. Apartheid has not been abolished, and we have not achieved unity in sport. The resolution was adopted at a meeting at Malmesbury held on November 7, 1991.
