Memorandum on the relationship of the American Committee on Africa (ACOA) to UPA (Union of the Populations of Angola), GRAE (Revolutionary Government of Angola in Exile), and FNLA (National Front for the Liberation of Angola). The memorandum addresses a long-standing rumor that ACOA was a conduit for U.S. government (i.e. CIA) funding to UPA-FNLA-GREA. Bosgra, Mateus Neto, Agostinho Neto, Peter Weiss, Betsy Landis, Bill Booth, Bob Browne, Bob van Lierop, Janet Hooper, Jennifer Davis, the National Students Association, the Fellowship of Reconciliation (FOR), the Congress of Racial Equality (CORE), Barros, the Union of the Populations of Northern Angola, Kwame Nkrumah, George Padmore, the All African Peoples Conference (AAPC), Jose Gilmore, John Marcum, Emergency Relief to Angola (ERA), Ian Gilchrest, Dr. Jose Liahuca, Alexandre Taty, Sam Nujoma, SWAPO, Ndabaningi Sithole, ZAPU, Mario d'Andrade, Carlos Camando, and Paul Toube.
