This open letter asks liquor dealers and restaurants not to sell or display a Portuguese wine called Allegria, which is being test-marketed in Madison and Ithaca N.Y. by the Heublein Corporation. Portuguese wines are being boycotted in Madison because Portugal is waging three colonial wars in Africa against the people of Angola, Mozambique, and Guinea-Bissau.
