The press release says the Madison Area Committee on Southern Africa will hold its first public fall seminar and planning meeting on September 27, at which Thomas Tlou, from Zimbabwe (Rhodesia), a professor of African history at the University of Wisconsin, will speak about Zambia and progress toward the liberation of the peoples of Southern Africa.
