Mailing seeking people to join and form a chapter of the American-South African Peoples' Friendship Association, which is trying to help the people of South Africa realize everybody's goals of freedom and self-determination. It cites continued violation of human rights by the South African racist settler government and, most recently, the murder of 42 Africans (including women and children) in Maseru, Lesotho, on December 19, 1982, by the South African army.
