Memorandum sent to people concerned about southern Africa from the AFSC national office. These memoranda will now be sent to one consolidated list. In addition to background packets, this list also will be used for updates and emergency notices, as we are able to develop that service. Mailings will no longer include minutes of the Southern Africa Program Committee meetings, unless they are specifically requested.
