Mailing advertising a report-back meeting on a seminar in Havana, Cuba with three representatives on the MPLA at the FLM Joint Board on March 23. Foner says he attended the seminar and will be joined by George M. Houser, Executive Director of the American Committee on Africa and Robert S. Brown of the Black Economic Research Center and Lee Johnson of the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists.
