Pearl-Alice Marsh, the new director of the Africa Policy Information Center (APIC), writes about the restructuring of the Washington Office on Africa and APIC; they will be separate organizations, each with its own mission and management. APIC will continue to have both information and advocacy roles, and one of its priorities will be electronic communications.
