Copy of a letter to KCET public television on behalf of Concerned Faculty at UCLA protesting the decision to suspend telecasting of "South Africa Now." The letter says that Concerned Faculty at UCLA were part of a planned delegation to KCET, along with the UCLA African Studies Center, but KCET chose not to meet the group. The letter includes a newspaper article "KCET May Reconsider Dropping 'Africa Now'" by Sharon Bernstein and an opinion article "'South Africa'-When?" by Howard Rosenberg. [Note: The newspaper articles may have been circulated with a copy of the letter, but they presumably were not sent to KCET.]
