In this letter to the Statesman-Journal, the African Students' Association (ASA) expresses anger that wrestling coach Dale Thomas has accused the ASA and Dr. Ferguson of being the suspected culprits behind defacing of a wooden sign, an action the ASA opposes. The ASA states that it will continue to oppose anyone who supports links with apartheid South Africa, which Thomas has done.
