This leaflet describes a material aid campaign to collect one million pencils for school children in Mozambique, motivated by both the humanitarian crisis created by the drought and the South Africa-backed war being conducted by RENAMO. The organizers also are encouraging churches, schools, community groups and other individuals across Iowa to write letters opposing South Africa's destabilization of Mozambique.
