Malangatana Ngwenya's schedule in Los Angeles included meetings on a wide range of topics about being an artist and printmaker in southern Africa as well as printmaking workshops with children and college students. Meetings also were to be held with P.E.N., the South African Initiatives Committee at UCLA, and the Mozambique Support Network. The memorandum mentions meetings at the William Grant Still Arts Center.
