Mailing about an advertisement that had been proposed to run in the New York Times and plans to place it instead in theChristian Science Monitor because of insufficient funds. The mailing says the Concerned Citizens' Committee on Africa plan to continue publishing the newsletter Africa Bulletin when adequate funding is found.
