Report on the International Conference on South West Africa at Oxford, England, March 23-26, 1966, sponsored by the Africa Bureau and the Anti-Apartheid Movement. It was a sequel to an International Conference on Sanctions Against South Africa two years before in London. Representatives of the South West African National Union (SWANU) and the South West African Peoples Organization (SWAPO) attended. Nine African countries were represented -- Ethiopia, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Tunisia, the UAR, and Zambia. Olof Palme, Swedish Minister of Communications, was Chairman of the conference.
