The Right Rev. Robert Mizo, an American pacifist who is Anglican Bishop of Damaraland, South West Africa, is being denied a permit to remain in Namibia by the South African government that illegally occupies that country. Two other Anglican bishops have been deported from South Africa in recently - Bishop Ambrose Reeve s of Johannesburg in 1960 and Bishop Edward Crowther of Kimberley i n 1967. Also, the Rev. Martin Garrison, an American priest who worked with Bishop Mizel, was denied a permit renewal in 1966.
