Letter to Victor Uhrich, Senior Vice-President, The Bon, protesting the sponsoring of a De Beers promotion of unmounted diamonds from South Africa. The letter argues that working conditions in the diamond mines are among the worst aspects of apartheid and also that exploitation of the mineral, agricultural, and fishing resources of Namibia is prohibited by Decree No. 1 of the United Nations Council for Namibia.
