The Chicago office of the American Committee on Africa urges Soul singer Aretha Franklin to cancel her plans for a three-week tour of South Africa. The tour was arranged after Franklin met with Chief Gatsha Buthelezi during his U.S. tour organized by the U.S. State Department.
