The leaflet discusses a speaking tour to five U.S. cities about "Suffering and Hope in South Africa" with Wolfram Kistner, retired director of the Department of Justice of the South African Council of Churches, Bishop Tutu, and Regina Farisani. The leaflet lists 7 do-it-yourself actions: educate yourself and others about South Africa, challenge misleading coverage of S. Africa in the mainstream media, joint local anti-apartheid organizations, form a sister community, keep the pressure on the apartheid government, fight racism in the U.S., and join the Southern Africa Network (ELCA).
