This document is a rebuttal by the Minnesota Committee on Southern Africa (MICSA) to a document from Control Data. While MICSA acknowledges Control Data's good social intentions both in Minnesota and in South Africa, it does not agree that Control Data is a positive force in South Africa and does not plan to call off its demonstration against Control Data's South African investment. MICSA points out that Control Data's citing its concurrence with Vernon Jordan of the Urban League is irrelevant; South Africans have the right to determine their own goals.
