Mailing on the Pretoria Government's censorship and banning of 17 leading anti-apartheid organizations, including the United Democratic Front, and the prohibition of the major labor federation from all political actions. The mailing asks people to urgently request Congress to take action declaring the apartheid government's conduct as illegal before the international court of law. The mailing alsopoints out that these actions even violates the preamble of the South African constitution, which is quoted. The mailing includes newspaper articles "South Africa Bans Most Anti-Apartheid Activities" and "'Shock and Distress' in West Over Pretoria's Action."
