Copy of a letter to Senators that argues that South Africa should not receive the proposed quota for sugar imports to the U.S. valued at $5 million, pointing out that South Africa violates principles set by the House Agriculture Committee (including discrimination against U.S. citizens who are black) as well as principles of U.S. foreign aid that the U.S. should not aid countries that discriminate against their own citizens.
