Mailing in which the United Methodist Committee on Relief of the General Board of Global Ministries seeks emergency relief for Mozmabique. Fifteen United Methodists were killed at Cambine (close to Inhambane), and a pastor and a wife of a District Superintendent with 52 others were taken hostage. Assistance will be provided through the Mozambique Council of Churches. Local populations have planted crops but have then been unable to harvest because of the activities of the "Armed Bandits."
