Letter sent to U.S. Senators urging them to vote to amend the Sugar Bill to exclude South Africa from receiving any sugar quota. The letter argues that South Africa violates three of the six principles a nation must meet in order to receive a quota. [Note: The letters sent to Senators were presumably personalized to each Senator and sent on American Committee on Africa letterhead. This version was presumably produced to send out to people as part of a mailing after July 9. It is not known to which Senators the letter was sent.]
