A leaflet of the Northeast Student Coalition Against Apartheid and Racism (Northeast SCAR), a new network linking student activists on about 20 campuses in the Northeast. The network was established at a meeting on March 14, 1987 held at Hunter College in New York City. The coalition is open to any campus group active on the issues of apartheid and racism.
