Mailing about a Seminar on American Involvement in Apartheid to be convened by the Consultative Council on South Africa on March 19 to 21. The seminar will commemorate the Sharpeville massacre on March 21, 1960. The Armistice Day unilateral declaration of independence by white supremacists in Rhodesia and the impending decision of the International Court of Justice in the case of South West Africa also pinpoint the need for action.
