Mailing promoting a fundraising event to aid the Namibian people in their struggle for independence. The mailing says this struggle, led by the comrades of the South West Africa People's Organization, has reached a critical stage. Because of the continued intransigency of the racist South African regime and the ineffectual negotiations by the Western "contact" groups, there has been no progress towards a free and fair election in Namibia. Meanwhile, South African military forces are killing large numbers of SWAPO members and supporters both inside and outside Namibia.
