Memorandum to members of the Executive Board of the American Committee on Africa (ACOA) about a one-day picket a ship coming into the Brooklyn harbor from South Africa being organized, in cooperation with the Brooklyn local of the International Longshoremen's Association. The longshoremen have assured ACOA that they will not cross the picket line.
