The International Banking Campaign Against South Africa (IBCASA) worked with organizations in many countries campaigning to stop bank loans to South Africa. Apparently IBCSAS grew out of a UN-sponsored seminar in July 1980. The IBCASA newsletter was published by End Loans to Southern Africa (ELCA) in London. The newsletter was published at least until 1987. The newsletter was a joint project of joint project of the Programme to Combat Racism of the World Council of Churches in Geneva and ELTSA.
