The Southern Africa Medical Aid Project (SAMAP), a local group of medical practitioners and anti-apartheid activists, send medical supplies to the African National Congress (ANC)-Holland Solidarity Hospital for South African refugees in Tanzania. While raising money the Southern Africa Medical Aid Project educated people about the lack of heath care available to blacks in South Africa.
