The Southern Africa Group for Education (SAGE) was a student group at Brown University established in the Fall of 1980. The purpose of SAGE was to increase the amount and quality of information available to students, and to provide them and southern Africans more opportunities for the kind of direct contact that is necessary to formulate intelligent opinions and positions.
