Project Mozambique was a short lived organization that supported the liberation struggle in Mozambique against Portuguese colonialism. About forty members of Project Mozambique bought shares in the Canadian company Alcan (Alcan Aluminium Limited) and attended the company's 1971 Annual Meeting at which they argued against Alcan providing materials for the construction of the Cabora Bassa Dam in northern Mozambique.
