The Anti-Imperialist Action Committee was an open, democratic committee. The organization came into being in opposition to U.S. policy and actions in Angola. The Committee focused on the struggles in Southern Africa. The Committee aimed to expose and struggle against the criminal acts and policies of the U.S. government, corporations and banks.
