The African Liberation Support Committee of New Hampshire-Vermont (ALSC-NH-VT) was formed to organize a regional African Liberation Support Committee. The ALSC-NH-VT worked to rally the public to oppose U.S. policy toward Africa and to actively support the liberation struggles of all African peoples. ALSC-NH-VT said the long-term goal of the Committee was to raise funds for the dispatch of medical supplies and other forms of aid to oppressed Africans who were struggling for their national liberation. Little information about this organization is known. ALSC-NH-VT supported the boycott of South African and Rhodesia cargos. The relationship between African Liberation Support Committee of New Hampshire-Vermont and the national African Liberation Support Committee is unknown. (Source: ALSC-NH-VT documents on this website.)
