Oval button in the colors of the African National Congress (ANC) flag – gold, green, and black. A shield with spears crossed behind it is at the left of the button, with the Zulu phrase meaning “Freedom Now!” at the top of the button; the spear and this slogan are in green. The remaining text is in black, with “DIVEST NOW” in the middle, next to the shield. A shield and spear are part of a logo frequently used by the ANC. The button was produced for a campaign to get McGill University to divest from companies doing business in South Africa. Size: 2-3/4 inches long x 1-3/4 tall.
