Joan Gerig of Synapses, Arvis Everett, and another person at a Kassinga Day demonstration at South African Consulate in Chicago. Kassinga Day commemorates the May 4, 1978 massacre of over 600 Namibian refugees at Kassinga, Angola by South African military forces. The demonstration was organized by Synapses.
