The leaflet thanks Jim Bennet, Rosemarie Bolte, the Data Center, Carolyn Hecathorn, Miloanne Hecathorn, R. Hemphill, Maxine Howard, Karen Johnson, Amy Mariotti, Beverly Morris, Anne Poirier, Dorothy Reed, Brian Rousshe, Sam Schuchat, Bari Scott, Walter Turner, and Victor Woo. [Note on date: December 2 was on Friday in 1983 and 1988; which year the event was is not known but the earlier year seems most likely.]
