Petition by the Coalition Against Investment in South Africa (CAISA) circulated as part of a campaign to get the University of Delaware to divest from companies doing business in South Africa. The petition expresses opposition to the racial injustice in South Africa and argues that the University of Delaware's investment policy supports apartheid. In the interest of racial equality and human rights, it asks the University to divest its holdings in corporations that operate in South Africa.
